<B>Fr. 833b $5 1914 Red Seal Federal Reserve Note PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.</B></I> High-end Red Seal Feds will always be rare. PCGS population reports are not yet available, but we would be very surprised if this note had much company at the 66PPQ level. Most districts will likely never have a Red Seal graded this high by PCGS. These Fr. 833b's from the NY district do come nice, but very few are <I>this </B></I>nice.
