It's a key piece in Tom's complete Federal Reserve Bank Note set, and it is the first opportunity to purchase <I>any </B></I>Fr. 830 since the 1998 Memphis sale. This is the first Fr. 830 to have been graded by either service. It's a solid Fine, with considerable claim to Very Fine.
