<B>Fr. 807 $5 1918 Federal Reserve Bank Note PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45.</B></I> Tom's note, which is new to the census, raises the total known for this number to 26. The EF 45 grade places this note solidly in the top ten. That top ten, all of which were reported in the raw state, includes two unc's, four AU's and two other EF's. The chances that those grades would all hold up with the current grading-service standards approach zero. This note would almost certainly be in the top three or four were those other nine pieces all PMG- and PCGS-graded.<BR><I>From The Thomas M.
