Only seven others are listed as Very Fine with just one listed as Very Fine+, with that piece realizing over $10000 at auction two years ago. This newly discovered note has exceptional margins for a Demand Note, with the back perfectly centered and the face nearly so. Both hand-signed signatures are strong, and the note is near perfect except for a slight tear along the top margin as mentioned on the PMG holder.
