<B>Fr. 41a $2 1862 Legal Tender PCGS Apparent New 62.</B></I> PCGS has quite accurately picked up on the fact that this Treasury Seal has been redrawn as the note now resides in a red holder. The note apparently started out with a lightly printed seal--as is common for this type.
