<B>Fr. 374 $20 1890 Treasury Note PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.</B></I> Off the market since early 2001 when in the pre-slabbing days, it was also called Gem. This note is exceptional, not only for its grade, color, and rarity, but also for its EPQ designation--which is far more important on this type than on most others since a very high percentage of these notes lack the originality that the EPQ qualifier guarantees. This piece is an unusually attractive fancy back Treasury Twenty that falls right in the middle of the run that has brought the ability to acquire an Uncirculated example to the last three generations of collectors.
