<B>Fr. 373 $20 1890 Treasury Note PCGS Very Fine 35.</B></I> Only ten $20 Treasury Notes are known with this Brown Seal Rosecrans-Nebeker signature combination. This piece, which is listed in the census as EF, is consecutive to the only other EF in the census. They are identical in condition in every way and are thus tied for the two finest pieces available for this scarce number. In 2006, the other note realized $36,800 after some very spirited bidding.
