<B>Fr. 367 $10 1890 Treasury Note PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.</B></I> A much scarcer 1890 Treasury Ten, with only 31 pieces enumerated in the Track & Price census. Most of the high-grade examples of this note come from the same short run, and this piece, although new to the census, slips right into that run. It's a very handsome note with wonderful color and margins that, while less than perfect, frame the note rather nicely. No 64 example from either of the two major grading services has yet auctioned, but we have sold the same PMG 65 <I>twice</B></I>. The more recent time, in September of 2007, it realized $31,625.
