<B>Fr. 353 $2 1890 Treasury Note PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.</B></I> Only a handful of low-number Fr. 353s are known. The Serial Number A2 note is the only one in the first fifty, and there are a total of seven examples in the A50 to A70 range. This note, Serial Number A68, is one of those. Only one other grades as high as this, bearing the Serial Number A61. We sold that note, which was also graded PMG 66, in our September 2006 Long Beach sale for $43,125.
