<B>Fr. 350 $1 1891 Treasury Note PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.</B></I> Rolling paper wave and punch-through embossing make this Open Back $1 Coin Note a joy to behold. The margins are also full for the design, while the inks are excellent. Friedberg 350 is by far the scarcest signature combination of the three 1891 numbers.
