<B>Fr. 347 $1 1890 Serial Number 1 Treasury Note Fine, Repaired.</B></I> The very first note issued of this 1890 Treasury Note series. It is also the only Serial Number One note that existed for the 1890 One Dollar Treasury Series, as the serial numbers were run straight through all three Friedberg number changes. This note does have a repair. A triangular piece to the upper left of Stanton's portrait was missing, and it has been replaced with moderate skill. It's rather easy to overlook, but the importance of this only Serial Number One 1890 Treasury Ace cannot be overlooked. It's well margined, and save for the single mentioned repair, it is problem free.
