<B>Fr. 286 $10 1880 Silver Certificate PMG Choice Fine 15.</B></I> PMG has commented "Restoration" on this rare triple-signature 1880 Silver. We are guessing that it must simply be a closed split, as we are unable to locate any sign of the restoration viewed through the holder. The note is decently margined with better color than one would expect for the Fine 15 grade.
