<B>Fr. 278 $5 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.</B></I> A beautifully centered example with embossing so bold it almost comes right through the PMG 66 EPQ holder. PMG has graded five Fr. 278's in this grade, with only one finer.
