<B>Fr. 245 $2 1891 Low Serial Number Silver Certificate PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ.</B></I> This Windom example is blessed with serial number E73 and the embossing and original paper surfaces are easily viewed through the the PCGS holder. The colors are spectacular and the note is as nice as any Windom deuce we've seen in years. While PCGS has not yet released their population report, PMG has graded only six Fr. 245's in 67, with none higher.
