<B>Fr. 239 $1 1923 Silver Certificate PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.</B></I> While certainly not rare in any real sense, with about 200 examples known, this is by far the rarest of the 1923 Ones. There are over 2,500 Fr. 237's and just over a thousand Fr 238's. This number, while outnumbered ten to one by Fr. 237, does not have its true scarcity reflected in its price.
