<B>Fr. 223 $1 1891 Silver Certificate Courtesy Autograph PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.</B></I> We once again have the pleasure of offering this gorgeous courtesy autographed Martha that is now third-party graded. Former Treasurer of the United States, D.N. Morgan (1893-97), autographed this note above his signature on the face. He also added additional presentation lines with the date of April 15, 1929 and location of Bridgeport, Connecticut on the back. Included with this note is a registered mail envelope sent from the Treasury Department to Mr. Morgan and it is dated April 12, 1929. This is apparently the envelope that delivered this note to Mr. Morgan.
