PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ/65 EPQ.</B></I><BR>This reverse changeover pair is the only known changeover pair in the $1000 denomination. The pair has long been listed in the Oakes/Schwartz (now Schwartz/Lindquist) small size reference, and has now been graded by PMG, with the first note grading Gem Uncirculated 66 and the second Gem Uncirculated 65, with both pieces receiving the EPQ (Exceptional Paper Quality) designation.
