<B>Fr. 2210-H $1000 1928 LGS Federal Reserve Note. PMG Extremely Fine 40.</B></I><BR> The face shows solid eye appeal. PMG notes, "Whiteout Repairs" which conjures up images of the liquid office supply, Whiteout, which is often applied to cover stains or ink. Fortunately, this is not the case.
