The colors are brilliant and the originality obvious in the hugely embossed seal and serial numbers. Richmond is one of only five districts listed in the new Schwartz and Lindquist small size reference as having issued Light Green Seal 1928 thousands, and it is the only district listed without any serial numbers of known examples.
