PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.</B></I><BR> This piece comes from the short print run of 320,000 Atlanta stars that were printed for this district at the outset of its star issue. When more stars were needed, the BEP resumed printing starting at 3200001*, skipping 3000000 numbers for reasons unknown.
