PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.</B></I><BR> We were privileged to previously handle this scarce star in our 2004 Central States Signature Auction where it was described, "An excessively rare star note that might well be unique, as no star examples are listed in this very rare series for the Richmond district in the Oakes reference." Since that time, a Very Fine specimen surfaced and sold at auction for $5175 in late 2005.
