Almost all of the reported examples were released in Houston, and many of the known pieces were saved only after circulating to a greater or lesser degree. All are rare, as the number released was quite small, and uncirculated copies are extremely rare, with the number extant likely fewer than a dozen. The last example of this major error we handled realized $23,000.
