Choice Crisp Uncirculated.</B></I><BR>From our 2004 Long Beach sale, "A lovely example of this very rare early star, which is valued in the new Oakes reference at $3000. We seriously doubt that figure could buy even one note as it's quite probable that years could pass without the offering of any other $20 1928 Richmond star in anywhere near this grade."
