<B>Fr. 199 Hessler ITE12 $100 1863 Interest Bearing Note Face Proof Choice Crisp Uncirculated.</B></I> This is a beautiful plate letter C face proof printed on India paper by the ABNCo. It is of the partially engraved date variety. It has a dark green protector guilloche and two dark green "C" counters. It also has four small punch cancels as made in the signature areas. There is an approximate quarter inch split at bottom center and there is also a pre-printing paper crinkle in the lower right corner. The top corners have stamp hinge remnants. The <I>Guardian </B></I>vignette at left has a shield that reads, "In God Is Our Trust."
