<B>Fr. 1980-F $5 1988A Federal Reserve Note. PCGS Very Choice New 64.</B></I><BR>The face printing is majorly shifted as the sheet was skewed for the application of the second print. Also the back has a nifty roller ink mark that looks quite similar to an end of roll marking.
