<B>Fr. 197a $20 1863 Interest Bearing Note PMG Very Fine 25 Net.</B></I> This note resides in the census as an EF. Its eye appeal leaves little wonder why. The paper is bright as is the perfectly printed seal and the margins are full on all sides. Only five EFs are noted in the census with no finer examples known. This piece is included in that number, thus the other four may also grade VF by today's third party grading standards.
