<B>Fr. 197a $20 1863 Interest Bearing Note PMG Choice Fine 15 Net.</B></I> This $20 bears the May 14, 1864 date also noted on one of the $10 Interest Bearing notes also in the is auction. They are the only two pieces known with this date and the fact that the date is noted on both a $10 and $20 note may be no accident. The real answer may wait to be discovered in the annals of the Treasury. Overall, the eye appeal is excellent with the "Restoration" noted by PMG.
