<B>Fr. 196a $10 1863 Interest Bearing Note PMG Choice Fine 15 NET.</B></I> PMG has commented, "Tape Repairs, Tears," neither of which we can locate through the holder. The note appears to us to be a solid Fine-Very Fine, with excellent color. It originally reached the market in our 1992 sale of the University of Missouri holdings. A tough type in all grades, this one has excellent ink color of both the green and red overprints.
