<B>Fr. 1961-C* $5 1950 Wide II Federal Reserve Note. Fine.</B></I><BR> Collectors and dealers alike use the term "rare" to the point of being cliche but for this Wide II star it is an appropriate fit. Only Philadelphia and Cleveland had stars printed and this represents the new low serial number for the Philly district.
