It's far brighter than one would expect for the grade and quite well margined. The bronze overprint has not even begun to crack the paper, as so often happens on this type. Fr. 191a is the most available of the $20 "middle of the book" Interest Bearing and Compound Interest Notes, but most of the notes seen are considerably inferior to this piece, both in technical grade and due to heavy restoration.
