For the most part the restorations are rather well done, giving the note an overall attractive appearance. The bronze overprint is rather bright, with no traces of the heavy green color to which these so often turn. Fr. 190a with the Chittenden-Spinner signature combination is a much rarer number, represented in the census by less than two dozen examples many of which are quite tattered. It is listed simply as "Extremely Rare" and is unpriced in the Friedberg reference.
