Extremely Fine-About Uncirculated.</B></I><BR>From our Taylor Family Sale where the description read, "This piece is easily the finest known of any of the eight reported $10 Richmond district stars, and by a considerable margin at that. It's got an illustrious pedigree, coming from the Oakes collection and, prior to that, from the Jim Thompson holdings" It's listed in the Cybuski and Oakes censuses as uncirculated, and indeed was sold as "Gem CU" in the Oakes collection sale, but there are a pair of hard to miss folds which make it impossible for this cataloguer to adhere to that previously assigned grade.
