<B>Fr. 1850-F $5 1929 Federal Reserve Bank Note.CGA Fine 15.</B></I><BR>From what we can tell there seems to be no apparent manipulation to remove the overprint that listed the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank name in black along with the four black district letters. In our opinion we feel this error certainly could have occurred.
