<B>Fr. 1506* $2 1928E Legal Tender Note. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.</B></I><BR> As rare a replacement note as one could imagine. The grade here rates as perhaps the best known. This is the sibling to the example which we sold in our Taylor Family sale. Boston dealer Tom Denly was fortunate enough to have discovered a small cache of four or five uncirculated 1928E stars notes in the mid-1990's. The margins are a bit shifted, but all the other attributes attest to the notes originality.
