Choice Crisp Uncirculated.</B></I><BR>This handsome trio has three wide and one thin margin as is customary with the vast majority of $1 Legals. Most of this series was kept in storage until 1948-49 when the notes were issued in Puerto Rico so that this odd issue would not cause sorting problems with the Federal Reserve Banks on the mainland.
