<B>Fr. 139 $20 1880 Legal Tender PMG Very Good 10.</B></I> PMG has noted "Splits, Restorations"--both of which are accurate, but all very minor. Fr. 139 is represented in the census by only 20 examples including Tom's note, which we sold to him in our 1994 Memphis sale (as an 8...two points go into the column for the good guys...we'll use them later). Fr. 139s are offered very seldom. No piece has sold at auction since our September 2006 sale, and only four examples have sold since 2000. Scarce in all grades, and a very difficult number to acquire.<BR><I>From The Thomas M.
