<B>Fr. 1370 50c Third Issue Justice PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.</B></I> We were privileged to handle this Superb piece in our 2006 Central States Auction where it was described, "An utterly superb gem example of this difficult fiber paper type that is certainly one of the nicest in existence and which is likely the landmark Fractional note of this current sale. The margins are huge for this type and the paper appears to be crisp and fresh with bright colors and excellent bronzing. PMG has added the dual comment 'Exceptional Paper Quality' and 'Great Bronzing.'" Against an estimate of $3750-up, this note realized $5175 in that auction.
