<B>Fr. 1367 50c Third Issue Justice PCGS Apparent Very Fine 35.</B></I> This would be a rather unremarkable Justice if it were not a 1367, but Fr. 1367 is one of the ten rarest Fractional numbers, and it's a note that is missing from most collections. The note has huge margins at the top and left, but it is much closer at the right and bottom. PCGS has graded it as an apparent 35, as the bronzing has oxidized. PMG has not graded any 1367 at this level or above, and PCGS has graded only two circulated pieces higher than this one. Owning any 1367 is beyond the means of most Fractional collectors, and this piece should be available at an affordable price.<BR><I>From The Thomas M.
