<B>Fr. 1359 50c Third Issue Justice PCGS New 62PPQ.</B></I> Only about 20 Fr. 1359s are known in all grades put together, and about five are as nice or nicer than this piece. Both PMG and PCGS combined have graded only two 1359's at the 63 level, with nothing higher. Rarely offered in any condition, and appearances of examples this nice are often years apart.
