<B>Fr. 1344 50c Third Issue Justice PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.</B></I> This stunning example was another standout in our 2006 Central States Auction, where it realized $5318.75 in a far less frenzied Fractional market than we've seen of late. The description there read, "Three of the four margins on this gorgeous "1" and "a" Red Back Justice are wide. The paper is 100% fully bright, as are the bronze and inks, and the embossed note also has perfect back centering as well. In spite of its rarity, there are a number of lofty notes known for Fr. 1344.
