<B>Fr. 1339 50¢ Third Issue Spinner Type II PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ.</B></I> PCGS has yet to publish their census figures, but PMG has graded only a single 67 of this number to date--with none higher. It is a pretty safe assumption that this 67PPQ Fr. 1339 will be at the top of the PCGS census when it comes out. The note is beautifully margined with perfect color, ideal centering of both sides, and deep original embossing that can be easily seen through the third party holder.
