<B>Fr. 1329 50c Third Issue Spinner PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.</B></I> Beautiful face margins, ideal color, bright bronze and incredibly deep, original embossing all highlight this much scarcer Allison-Spinner hand-signed note. A little miscut in the upper right margin keeps this piece from an even higher grade.
