<B>Fr. 1329 50c Third Issue Spinner PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.</B></I> When we last sold this note raw, we graded it Very Choice New and said, "An absolute Gem in all respects but for the top margin, which strays just a bit close at the upper left. The note has all its original embossing, excellent colors and the much scarcer Allison-Spinner hand-signed signature combination." PMG has agreed, as their 64 EPQ is the exact equivalent of our previous description.
