<B>Milton 3E50F.4b 50c Third Issue Face Plate Proof</B></I> Previously sold by Stacks in their June 2005 sale, and described as "Face Proof on thin card stock by the Treasury Department with imprint at the bottom. Narrow margin proof of the regular issue face design without bronze surcharges. Very Rare and desirable face proof on a thin card stock. A small chip off the left edge, otherwise Nearly Choice."
