<B>Fr. 1320 50¢ Second Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.</B></I> A tough note in any grade, and really rare at this level. PMG has graded only this piece and one other at 66 EPQ and none higher. Second Issue Fiber Paper Fractionals are challenging pieces to locate in high grade as they often had manufacturing defects that lowered the quality - even when the note is Uncirculated.
