<B>Fr. 1298 25c Third Issue PCGS Choice New 63PPQ.</B></I> Only a single 64 has been graded above this note at PCGS. It's well margined on the face and only slightly less so on the back. The centering undoubtedly was the cause of the 63 grade, as the note is spectacular in every other sense, with bright bronze, inks and paper. The back design's just touching the top edge is likely all that prevented a 66 grade.<BR><I>From The Thomas M.
