<B>Fr. 1284 25¢ Second Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.</B></I> This is a number that is very difficult to locate in high grade. In fact, of the 27 notes that PMG has graded as of the end of November, this is the sole 65 example with none graded higher. The margins are broad and even on the face and the back design is just a shade off to the left.
