<B>Fr. 1283 25c Second Issue PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ</B></I> The margins vary in size, though the most important margin at top was not trimmed so far as to get rid of the partial Treasury Rectangle. There are two versions about why the stamp, "Treas Dpt." was designed and implemented. The first is the rectangle was stamped on the corner of the sheet to indicate that it had been counted.
