<B>Fr. 1254 10c Third Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.</B></I> The margins on this Jeffries-Spinner hand-autographed Ten Cent note are a bit uneven, but they are far broad enough at all points to support the Gem grade. The colors are perfect, the hand signatures are bold and clean, and the eye appeal is exceptional. Fr. 1254 is a very scarce note in any grade.
