<B>Fr. 1233 5c Second Issue Entire Back Inverted PMG Fine 12.</B></I> This is an extremely rare Invert, with both the back engraving <I>and </B></I>surcharge inverted. Milt Friedberg never owned one of these, and to our best knowledge, the only other one in existence is the similarly graded (although damaged) Tom O'Mara example. PMG has noted, "Splits," but they are quite minor.
